Job Purpose

To deliver incremental revenue with strong margins against individual targets set within the Stadium/Events & Education/Healthcare sectors. Targets are in line with an aggressive company sales plan.
As part of this role, successful Business Development Managers will develop a specific and on strategy account base within their geographic territory. The Business Development Manager will deliver consultative sales presentations supporting both client needs and the needs of the business through convincing ROI models and a customer guiding approach.

Expectations
* Ability to create demand for company*s wide range of core products and customized solutions through client needs and objectives while presenting a convincing ROI model to capture large project potential.
* Exhibit confidence in the value proposition of our solutions range with a strong background in selling large, project based systems.
* Forecast and report sales activity while managing pipeline and the process of prospects through the sales cycle.
* A track record of success selling into the Stadium & Events sectors through third party contractors and end users in order to maximize new design opportunities through an in-depth knowledge of new construction and building refurbishment programs.
* Requires close working relationships with Architects and Planning companies and the associated design and sales cycles involved.
* Sales and Margin Versus Plan
* Clear & consistent project visibility on a cross departmental basis, interacting in a cooperative manner within the organization.
* Forecast and report sales activity while managing pipeline process of prospects and clients.
* Understanding of technology to a level of proficiency necessary to speak with influence in client interactions.

Requirements
* Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
* Bachelor*s degree or equivalent work experience required.
* Senior level (7+ years) sales experience.
* Skilled in MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
