Tishman Construction Corporation-New York, NY- October 2004-October 2011

Marketing Coordinator from 2004-2006, then served as Senior Marketing Coordinator from 2006-2010. Upon Tishman’s acquisition by AECOM Technology Corporation in July 2010, I was promoted to Marketing Proposal Manager. Tenure at Tishman lasted from 2004-2011.

I was responsible for managing the complete process for the preparation of qualifications, proposals and presentations for Tishman’s New York, NY, Newark, NJ, Philadelphia, PA and Washington, DC regional offices. This proposal management process included coordinating  teams of between 5-20 employees from various internal departments as well as a staff of six from the marketing side.

Other duties and functions included:

• Participation in Tishman’s rebranding efforts in 2007 and AECOM Integration in 2011.


• Management of the firms marketing database, a web-based CRM.


• Creation and updating of employee resumes and project fact sheets.


• Coordination of graphic efforts for brochures and printed materials with the internal graphic team.


• Coordinating joint venture proposals on public sector Request for Proposal’s (RFP’s).


• Creating Powerpoint presentations and conducting interview preparation sessions with the internal, proposed project team before client meetings.

Bovis Lend Lease LMB, Inc- New York, NY July 2001-September 2004

Marketing Assistant responsible for assisting two marketing coordinators and the department’s manager in preparing proposals and presentations in response to RFP’s and RFQ’s, for this international firms New York City office. Duties included writing and editing employee/project profiles, preparing PowerPoint presentations and handling various administrative duties within the department.
