* of single or multiple project teams
* negotiating fees and contracts
* managing schedules, budgets and staff
* established project set ups (work plans) and track the process to maintain them or adjust as required
* maintain client contact throughout the project
* track financial performance of projects

Experience with both Domestic and International projects

Quality Control Management:
* review, update and maintain documentation standards
* mentor staff on a daily basis and respond to their questions
* conduct continuing education classes

Peer Review Services
* review and / or critique projects at each or selected phases and prior to final issue

Project Administration of all phases of projects through post-occupancy

Lead small to large diverse projects including:
* new construction
* restorations
* renovations and remodeling
* interior space planning
