Exceptionally talented and award-winning Architect and Project Manager with 20+ years’ experience in residential, commercial, and institutional design. CAREER & PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS


ü      Built highly successful architectural firm from the ground up, securing as many as 17 simultaneous projects at any given time and employing staff of 5; acquired both national and international clients with project budgets of up to $10M.


ü      Commissioned by CT Tourism and CT Main Street Corporation to design marketing brochure for historical building renovation and adaptive re-use in downtown Waterbury, CT.


ü      Prepared pre-design for Tresser Boulevard/Trinity Place high-rise building project in Stamford, CT. and Irish Cultural and Sports Center in East Durham, N.Y.


ü      Achieved promotion from Associate to Principal Architect and Partner for P.S. Marchese and Associates; significantly contributed to increase in office billings from $150K to $2M and helped establish firm’s reputation among the best in local high-end residential market.


ü      Converted/upgraded P.S. Marchese and Associate’s traditional hand-drawn construction documentation to AutoCad and ArchiCAD automated design and production system.


ü      Served on Emergency Response and Reconstruction Team and received several awards for response to terrorist bombing of World Trade Center in 1993; directed team of 60 with 12 direct reports held sole responsibility for immediate relocation of emergency response command center and appointed as Principal Designer for facility perimeter security measures.
