• 25+ years of experience of site improvement/utility construction in the commercial and government construction industries.
• I have been predominately responsible for the direct supervision of projects, personnel, coordination of sub-contractors and tracking of project costs and schedules.
• Ability to represent company during on or off site construction meetings via communications skills and/or documentation.
• Excellent knowledge of specifications,different methods of various pipework installations,testings and inspections,concrete and asphalt work.
• I have the ability to stake, determine and set on site elevations and utility runs with either conventional transit methods or lasers.
• Experienced with multi project fast paced companies.
• Able to direct muti faceted crews for individual project demands.
• Capable of take offs and competively piceing out aspects of site development for either bid processes or extras.
• Extensive equipment operation experience and capabilities including large and small dozers, backhoes, track-hoes and loaders.
• I have direct experience and appreciation for the necessity of projects being bid accurately and making sure they are done on schedule, safely and professionally with a reputation at stake.
