• Managed from estimate through construction a $9,000,000 parking structure with a very naïve client
• Co-Managed over 70 plus Subcontractors on single condominium project.
• Contract negotiation with Subcontractors and clients

• Asst. Manager on a $43,000,000 research facility at a remote job-site in Alaska.
