Senior Project Manager
Tritec is a mid-size CM/GC firm that does an annual volume of $100 million. As Senior Project Manager, I am responsible for all ground-up Hotel Projects, of which 5 were located on Long Island and 1 located in Yonkers, NY.
The following were projects I was responsible for as Senior Project Manager:
• Hampton Inn Farmingville NY - 166 rooms 6 story structure Completed 2002
• Marriott Residence Inn Holtsville NY - 124 room apartments 4 story structure completed 2004
• Holiday Inn Express Riverhead NY - 97 Rooms full basement + 3 stories, completed in 2005

I was involved early in the projects from Preconstruction process through the overall contract procurement. I prepared and presented to the clients the overall GMP at risk or competitive bid lump sum format proposals.
During construction, I was the main liaison for the owner or owner’s rep. I interacted on a daily basis with Architects & their consultants, utility companies and local building officials. Further in this role I negotiated, developed scope of work and procured all subcontracts, prepared monthly AIA reqs, RFI’s, owner & sub change orders, reviewed all submittals prior to submission to Architect, held weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and monthly owner meetings. Responsible to oversee on-site superintendents and their assistants, admin assist and assistant project manager. Provided monthly updates to schedule via sure track & contractor software. Prepared end of month cost reports via timberline for CFO. I also have

Senior Project Manager
Philips International is a NYC real estate development firm that has numerous holdings
Throughout NYC. My role at Philips was as a Senior Project Manager in charge of the
Construction of the Bryant Park Hotel located at 40 West 40th street New York NY, which was a
$40 million, 18 month project.
The project consisted of a complete interior gut of a 23 story building, which was a NYC landmarked building formally known as “The American Standard Building”. The features of construction consisted of 123 boutique style guestrooms, full restaurant & bar, and the creation of a man-made sub cellar for an 85 seat screening room & mechanical spaces. There was also a complete exterior restoration which was subject to the NYC landmark preservation standards.
In my role as Senior Project Manager, I interacted on a daily basis with the owner, hotel management and an international design team and it’s consultants. Procured subcontractors and vendors for which many were located and materials were imported from Europe. I had overseen a staff of 2 full charge superintendents, 2 assistant superintendents and 1 assistant project manager.
