QUALIFICATIONS
Foreman, carpenter, framer (wood &steel studs) blueprint reading, estimating (labor/ material) in production of commercial, T.I., multi-family, schools, residential, customs and remodeling projects. Able to snap, plate, layout, frame, plumb & line, shear, set beams, joist, sheath floors/ roofs, truss, cut &stack(conventional) roofs, fascia, soffits, drops, cut stringers, assemble stairs, trim/ siding, pick-up, strait-edge and hardware.
Certified driver for pettibone, dynalift, hyster, forklift, etc. Use transit, set forms, lay and finish concrete. Extensive knowledge of standard building practices (ubc, icbo codes) hang drywall, doors/ hardware, finish trim and all phases of construction to the completion of projects as asst. superintendent. Work closely with field managers with production, quality, safety and other activities. Review, resolve, monitor all aspects of structural, architectural, mechanical plans that continue daily production, quality and safety with a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Willing to go the extra mile to please all parties involved and continued education for the position mentioned.
