OBJECTIVE:

I am seeking a position as a superintendent or construction manager with your firm. I am seeking a permanent position with your company as a full time employ.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS;

I am offering comprehensive experience and expertise in the following areas.

I am skilled at scheduling of all trades, material deliveries, inspections and site work so as to insure a smooth of work and a timely completion of said job. I am also skilled at following a given schedule as needed as well. I have worked with both Suretrak and Microsoft Project . I am also able to improve the quality of field work thru direct field supervision as needed.

I have manager projects as large as 25 million dollars as well as tracts/developments with more that 1100 homes. I have managed public works projects and both school construction and school remodel projects. I have managed the bidding process as well as written scopes of work and manager the contract and budget processes.

I have a broad base knowledge of all trades, building materials, construction procedures, methods, practices and building codes. I have direct field experience with regular and post-tension slabs. I have also worked with several forming systems in building basements, subterranean construction and sub-level construction. I have worked with post tension systems and grade beam designs. I have twenty plus years of framing experience in steel stud, stick frame and combo frame. I also have experience in finish carpentry; drywall, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, painting and other wall finish trades, tile and granite installation, cabinetry and masonry.

I am current on the latest O.S.H.A. regulations with the proper certification. I have First Aid training as well as CPR certified. I am well schooled in mold relegation as well as mold prevention during the construction process so as to prevent mold problems from starting in a project. I am very efficient with the RFI process as well as the documention needed for projects in the public sector.

I have off-site experience and have taken projects from raw land to move-in. I have experience with both dry and wet utes, mass grading, curb and gutter, back bone installs and general infrastructure development. I have some hillside experience as well. I have extensive SWPPP’s training and experience with the ability to design a plan for a project if needed.

I have worked in a fast track system with very compressed schedules with good results. I have built single-family homes, duplex projects and multi-family/condo projects. I have done T. I.. work as well light commercial. I have built multi-family projects including podium construction units. I have built mixed use projects up to 5 stories with a retail/business/residential mix in a single complex.

I have strong communication skills with all trades, clients, investors, and inspectors. My strongest point is that I lead by inspiration rather than motivation. I am able to garner respect with my sub contractors and I am able to impart a sense of urgency with my subs. I am able to interact with customers, sub-contractors, architects, and designers with ease.

I am one of the very best with Customer Service. I have been rated in the 98% level in J.D. Powers Survey for many years. I am a problem solver that meet problems head-on and resolves them with the best outcome possible.

I have experience in all price ranges from $90,000.00 to $25 million range. I have experience in the +55 market and I am able to work very well in this segment of the market. I have handled projects from 1 million to 25 million in commercial construction.

I produce a high quality product with-in scheduled time frames and on budget. I am able to maintain good buyer relations, oversee customer service/warranty service, all inspections and option coordination as needed. I have worked on projects that are very option heavy with success. I am able to assist with value engineering and creating scopes of work as well.

And as a last note I am DEPENDABLE. I am the first on the job site and the last to leave. I will be onsite doing my job no matter what !!!
