Is interviewing in person best done in a group or individual setting?

Group interviews are stressful and usually misunderstood by executives, and should be avoided if possible. Group interviews may be more convenient for construction employers and may even be part of the executive’s job responsibilities with clients, but it is usually perceived wrongly by an executive and could result in losing an otherwise good executive’s interest.
If a group interview is absolutely necessary, it should be conducted only after an initial interview and screening is conducted with an executive on an individual basis.
Employers need to secure the executive’s interest and perception that the construction employer takes a personal interest in the executive and position before risking presenting the wrong impression to an executive
