What do I do when someone sends me his or her picture with a resume ?
Photos cannot be used in evaluating an executive for a job position, and should not be kept in an construction employer\'s resume files for job consideration. There are exceptions but the safest position an construction employer can take with the EEOC is to remove any references that might reflect discrimination (such as race) from their files. |
