Is it appropriate to wear the same black suit to a second interview with the same construction employer?

Chances are that the interviewer will not remember specifically what you wore especially if the second interview took place more than 3 days after the first. I would recommend however, that you wear a different color shirt under the suit and maybe dress it up a little with different accessories such as different tie, scarf or cuff links.
