What is behavioral interviewing?

Behavioral interviewing is a style of interviewing that asks construction executive job seekers to give specific examples of positive and negative work situations from their background so employers can look inside a construction executive job seeker's true experience and nature.
Behavioral questions are hard to answer with fabrication, and require detailed explanations of instances that must be valid to effectively explain.
Behavioral questions seek impromptu details of your past performance and abilities which help employers best predict your future performance. Behavioral questions usually begin with "Give me an example," or "Tell me about a time," or Describe a situation."
