When the HR thinks I am under qualified, how should I prepare myself for his questions?

Start off by putting yourself in the HR's position and ask yourself these questions: 1. What are the reasons I should be hired over another construction executive? 2. What certification/license do I have? 3. Am I overqualified for the position I'm asking for? 4. How much do I know about this job? 5. I have just the bare minimum of qualifications for this position – how do I convince the HR to hire me? Then think of reasons why the HR should be hire you.
