Construction companies are experiencing some of the greatest demand for bilingual employees to better serve customers and the industry. Typically the sub trades require a higher level of bilingual staff because there are more non-English speaking trades personnel in these professions than with general contractors or construction managers. Construction general contractors must deal with developers, owners, architects and engineers, many of whom do not need to speak multiple languages.
