What is an "Elevator Speech"?

Throughout your construction career and especially when you are in job search,
you will need a brief story about you and your work. The term
"Elevator Speech or Story" refers to the answer you would give to the question, "What do you want to do?" while on an elevator ride. Within a minute or two you need to clearly and concisely introduce yourself, describe your goals and motivate the listener to help you.
