The fact is that anyone can give the right answers. Seven out of ten construction executives will give the right answers. Many of the construction executives will have coaching similar to yours and may have done the same research as you. To really stand out, show that you understand the research you've done as it relates to the needs of the job and the overall strategies of the business. Do you know what a minute of your time is worth to your construction employer? Have you shown that in your answers? Do more than give the right answer. Give the best answer possible by relating your answers to the construction employer's bottom line. Know how you benefit the construction employer and show it in your answers.
