What is the best practice for maintaining confidentiality on an interview?

It’s common practice for all job construction interviews to be based on confidentiality. However there is no fail-safe solution to avoid the risk factor. Construction Job seekers can construction interview in private places, insist on no referencing taking place, and ask for signed confidentiality statements, but in the end there will always be some risk. Construction Job seekers should come to terms with the possibility of being exposed prior to meeting with any potential construction employer, and have a plan in place to deal with such an occurrence. Many construction employers will understand the temptation placed upon key construction executives by construction recruiters and the competition and almost expect such behavior. However it’s important to know how to explain yourself if found out. Many job seekers will say they were recruited and wanted to hear what was out there, and more about the competition, only never really considering the option seriously. There is no right answer, but you need to have an explanation if you want to avoid being caught off guard. When meeting a potential construction employer, always stress the strict confidential nature of your meeting with the construction recruiter or construction employer before the meeting, during the meeting and after the meeting. State that no references or inquiries are to be checked without your prior approval.
