Why it is good to take an exit interview?
If you do not already know the reason for an employee's resignation an exit construction interview is a good tool for exploring this. Additionally, it should be used as a learning tool for the construction manager and the construction employer for exploring how the role can be improved for the next employee. This is also the right time to confirm all the employee details are correct.
