What is a Chief Scheduler Job Description?

Responsible for the development and generation of high-level graphic materials using various Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software packages. Develop and update various types of Project Schedules, Site staging and Logistic Plans, Preliminary Cash Flows and presentation graphics for use by Project Team. Interfaces on a daily basis with other members of the Project Team. Daily Duties • Assist with the development and maintenance of construction project and proposal schedules. • Prepare preliminary schedules, cash flow projections, site logistics and phasing plans, and miscellaneous graphic materials for proposed projects. • Research and “test-out” new Computer Software and/or Hardware for use by the Department. • Assist with general project scheduling duties such as answering phones, filing, taking messages, etc.
