Job Description Establish and implement Project Quality Assurance System Conduct period assessments to determine compliance of construction works, quality and workmanship Promote site staff quality awareness and enhance quality commitment Perform quality analysis and monitor key performance indicators in relation to the project Monitor and implement third party inspection agency for concrete and structural steel works Review and monitor subcontractor documentation and ensure proper implementation and control Provide training to site engineers on procedures, method statement, inspection and test plan Perform regular system audits and external audits on supplier/contractor Skills Bachelors degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering 10-14 years of experience in project construction QA/QC ISO/OHSAS audit and design coordination background advantageous GCC experience is a must Previous experience in a large consultancy is preferable
