What is Construction Senior Word Processor Job Description ? Job Description Word processing formatting and editing reports (small and large), proposals, letters, faxes, memos and general correspondence. Report preparation including formatting (Word, Excel and PowerPoint files), creating .pdf files from multiple file formats, and overseeing the hard copy production of final documents. Quality control ensuring reports and documents follow company standards and ensure overall quality of document prior to client receipt. Filing, photocopying, faxing. Minimum of 5 years senior word processing experience combined with secretarial and administrative experience. MUST HAVE an advanced working knowledge of Word and Adobe Acrobat, and be comfortable working on a multiple-drive network. Working knowledge or better of Excel and PowerPoint is required. Minimum typing speed of 85 wpm. Must have superior attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational, prioritization and electronic file management skills. Must be capable of handling shifting priorities within a demanding deadline-oriented environment. Occasional overtime is required. |
