Job Description Directs, controls, trains, assigns and audits the activities of the Output Management Services Document Processing Personnel. Monitors status of all document activity throughout the center. Controls production batch and test document work flow by scheduling staff to provide proper coverage based on functional needs, and personnel experience, to meet and/or exceed established Service Level Agreement (SLA). Coordinates all postal activity functions associated with metering and postal money downloads. Serves as a backup to the Output Management Services Shift Supervisor.
