What is Construction Project Executive Job Description ? Job Description On-site management and client liason for bulk recruitment projects. Understand client\'s requirements, and hence work to fulfil the manpower requirements. Interview, select and brief candidates to ensure that they understand the project requirements. Manage operational matters, e.g. taking attendence, candidate and client management, and trouble-shoot any issues during the project. Pre-project briefing and post-mortem with team/client when required. Job requirements: Minimum GCE \'O\' level At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in mass recruitment, or At least 2 years of Project Management experience in Recruitment/Advertising/Events and Exhibition. Some interviewing skills/recruitment knowledge will be advantageous. Able to work with people from all walks of life. Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays when required. Hardworking and able to handle stress. |
