What is Construction Plumbing Superintendent Job Description ?

Job Description You will be responsible for performing take-offs using On Screen Take Off, so you must have experience with this software. You will be analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals and other documentation to prepare time, cost and labor estimates and will be responsible for assigning, supervising and performing scheduled plumbing work, preventative maintenance and emergency repairs. You will be attending walk-through and scope review meetings as required, along with supervising jobs in the field every day. You must be well networked and have contacts in the New York City market, this includes sales, business development and people skills You must have proven abilities estimating and managing commercial plumbing projects, and be able to manage time effectively and prioritize accordingly, along with having very good problem solving & troubleshooting skills.
