What is Construction Mechanical Estimator Job Description ?

Job Description The successful candidate will have the ability to perform take-offs of material, systems, equipment, etc. They will report to a Senior Estimator. There are a variety of projects estimated, including plan & spec, design-build and negotiated. Prior field experience would be a plus. The person in this position will not be crunching numbers to produce a final estimate.
