What is Construction Maintenance Manager Job Description ?

Job Description Experience must include extensive Hands On experience / interest in equipment maintenance. Knowledge or background in mechanical operations and of maintenance planning and schedules. Requires mechanical trade qualifications and a working knowledge of rotating equipment and standard maintenance protocols. Requires a direct working knowledge of Reciprocating engines and LFG power generation is preferred. Excellent written and oral communications is required. Experience in gas and/or diesel reciprocating engine gensets will include mechanical and/or electrical experience and the ability to collect and interpret data and write clear, accurate reports and specifications. Experience with providing recommendations for long-term maintenance; assisting operations management in developing and plan maintenance intervals and schedules. must be able to do field planning for critical machinery maintenance activities. Knowledge in the development of the Operations and Maintenance group budgets by providing data from the CMMS system as required. Requires a willingness to work outdoors and hands on with engine / equipment overhauls from time to time. High Proficiency with computer software, namely Excel and or Access.
