How often are stock options offered as part of a job offer for executives?
Stock options are becoming more popular with construction firms, and have been popular with design firms. In spite of increasing popularity, most offers do not involve any stock participation. It is estimated that less than 20% of all executive job offers involve stock options as part of the job offer. |
