Job Description The Executive Vice-President of Construction provides leadership and direction for all aspects of construction throughout the company, including land development, vertical construction, renovation construction, ancillary facilities, and design development. Required Skills Proven success in project management, scheduling, estimating, negotiations, land planning, civil engineering and architectural design, budget development, housing product development and strategic planning. Must possess strong analytical and conflict management skills and the ability to trouble shoot issues. Strong leadership, mentoring, communication and team building skills. Skilled at establishing and working collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic team environment with multiple projects and priorities. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Timberline Estimating/Accounting, Primavera and Autocad is required.
