What is Equipment and Instrumentation Technician Job Description ?

Job Description Develops, builds, calibrates, installs, maintains and operates electronic, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical instrumentation and test equipment. Qualifications/Requirements: Candidates must possess an AAS Degree in electronics or four years equivalent electronics experience. Candidates must possess a high school diploma/GED. Experience in calibrating, installing, and maintaining electrical, hydraulic and mechanical instrumentation and test equipment in the test laboratory and instrumentation vehicles and conducts tests to obtain engineering data for evaluation. Experience with a variety of precision measuring tools, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic test equipment, various hand or power tools, dynamometer, and instrumentation vehicles.
