What is Construction Cost Analyst Job Description ? Job Description Responsibilities: Prepare, direct and implement cost accounting methods and activities which provide the timely visibility of trends for the VP of Finance as well as the VP of Supply Chain and Operations. Prepares cost estimates of new products for establishing selling prices. Prepare audit schedules and compliance documents for external partners. Oversee the maintenance of cost control systems within our ERP and BI systems including; master files, BOMs, cost adjustments and cost rolls, and GL closing. Provide cost analysis and reporting to assist senior management in decision making or other financial initiatives. Conduct co-packer quarterly cost & purchase price variance reviews Assist in the development of budgets and re-forecasts as it relates to cost of goods Perform variance analysis between actual and standard costs, generate KPIs as well as the necessary flash reporting. Assist the Director of Logistics with year-end (or as required) physical inventory reconciliation, control, and procedures. |
