Requirements: Journeyman/ Master Mechanical/HVAC/Plumbing licenses or BS Mechanical Eng Mechanical expertise required, experience Minimum 10 years project manager experience in the mechanical industry. Experience in assisting in management and coordination direct hire and multiple subcontractors Experience performing take offs for Mechanical/HVAC/Plumbing trade Computer expertise with estimating & scheduling systems Familiarity with construction means and methods Good understanding of principles, methods, and techniques of mechanical, architectural, civil, and electrical engineering Good oral and written communications skills Duties: The ability to developed clients in the Nevada market place. The ability to maintain and grow the company as well as personnel in a mechanical construction environment. Determine existing conditions, develop client needs in detail, and develop preliminary approximations of types of materials to be used. Oversee estimates for each job order based on technical specifications and drawings or sketches; where feasible provide possible value engineering suggestions.
