Requirements: Must have the following attributes: Demonstrated leadership in the construction industry Insight into the field and office operations Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple teams Ability to deal with a variety of owners, designers, subcontractors and other business partners A thorough understanding of cost control and schedule management Resourcefulness, imagination and a passion for challenges An ability to maintain, manage and foster relationships with owners, designers, and all business partners Be adept at conflict resolution Have a proactive approach to management High energy level with an ability to set priorities while taking initiative in management decisions High level of integrity, honesty and fairness Motivated by a desire to make a fair profit while treating our business partners fairly Innovative with a desire to learn and share knowledge with peers and subordinates Ability to build long term relationships Effective oral and written communication Education/Experience: Technical degree CM, Engineering or Architecture preferred Advance degree a plus Fifteen to twenty years experience in general commercial construction in the following fields: oHealthcare oEducation oHospitality
