What is Director of Construction Risk Management Job Description ?

Responsibilities include developing, directing and administering the safety and overall risk management programs for multiple offices. The position includes planning, developing and directing the firms safety and risk management programs, embracing occupational safety and health, sanitation, protection of property and equipment, and fire prevention and protection. Position will also administer the firms insurance programs, plan coverage, perform risk management duties, audit loss reports, developing programs that increase/maximize the company\'s risk management profits, including Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs, and Owner Controlled Insurance Programs. Candidates must have stable job background with a construction company, and at least 10 years insurance and bonding experience.
