What if the interview goes too long? How do I stop it? Always give the executive an idea of how long the meeting will last so that when time is up an employer can end things and not make the executive feel slighted. If the employer chooses to he or she can allow the meeting to run over, but stopping the question and answer session is appropriate at any time since the employer scheduled the meeting. |
