How do I negotiate for the amount of construction salary from a marketing part-time job that involves going around town or calling up people?
Propose it by hourly rates instead of a flat amount. From the construction employer's standpoint, if might be more equitable to charge an hourly rate for the actual time you're spending, as opposed to a flat fee per week. |
